Shipping Information

CINEQUEST.COM SHIPPING INFORMATION

U.S./Canada: CineQuest.com uses United Parcel Service as its official carrier for U.S. and Canadian orders (with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii). Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. We ship within 24 hours of your credit card payment having cleared our bank. The only exceptions are orders placed after noon on Friday and all day Saturday as UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. Sunday orders will ship on Monday. ____________________________________________________________________________
 
The starting rate for UPS Ground shipping is $9.50 anywhere in the continental U.S. Total cost will depend on the weight of the item and the zone to which it is being delivered. Insurance and tracking is included in the shipping quoted on your invoice. Requests for faster service - 2nd Day Air, Three-Day Select, Overnight) - are more expensive. ____________________________________________________________________________
 
As an example, an order containing one action figure would cost $9.50 anywhere in the continental U.S. Each additional figure would add about 50 cents to the overall shipping cost up to about six figures; at that point a second package will have to be packed up and the rate for that will again start at the $9.50 point. ____________________________________________________________________________
 
Alaska & Hawaii: We use U.S. Priority Mail for these orders rather than UPS, which is prohibitively expensive. An order placed from these states will receive a shipping estimate as part of the invoice. You will be emailed if the total charge for the shipping exceeds the estimate and asked to pay the difference. ____________________________________________________________________________

INTERNATIONAL: CineQuest.com uses the U.S. Post Office for international shipping and uses its Priority International service. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery of these packages as local post offices vary in consistency and accuracy. We can send international packages through an alternate carrier (UPS) but will have to quote a shipping cost (usually two or four times the U.S. Post Office rate).

 

At a customer's request, we can insure a package for the total retail price of the items being ordered (that price also will be reflected on your customs form; we take no responsibility for local customs or import taxes). If you would like to insure an order, please email info@cinequest.com with your request and we will quote you the insurance rate or the rate for an alternative carrier.
 
Because of differences in shipping rates to various countries, all international shipping quoted in invoices are estimates. If there is a difference between what is quoted and the actual shipping cost, we will email you to inform you of the actual cost to ship your order. CineQuest.com is not responsible to ship any items at the quoted shipping price. If you do not wish to pay the actual shipping, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
