Policies

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within thirty days for a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).

 

ACCEPTING RETURNS
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all products.

Additional Notes:
Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be refunded ONLY if the return is due to an error on the part of CineQuest.com.

Return Time: 
All returns will be processed after a designated CineQuest.com employee opens your "sealed" package. You will be notified via email that your return has been received and is being processed. Should there be any issues regarding quality, or damage or your original purchase, we will telephone you immediately. Refunds will be issued within thirty days of confirmation of receipt, to the credit card originally accepted.

To return or exchange an item, simply: 

  1. Email us at returns@cinequest.com to obtain a return authorization number, or for questions regarding a return from outside the U.S. Returns shipped without an authorization number will NOT be accepted. In your email, please explain the reason for the return. 
  2. Ship the package via USPS registered mail, insuring it for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. CineQuest.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
  3. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and be sure to include the return authorization number inside the package.
